it happened right a way at the stop sign i push gas pedal and car didint move, no unusual sounds no ratlle no shaking nothing, everything supposed to be normal but car doest move:/
when i change the gears it shows current possision on the gear **** but it remains in neutral i mean when its in D/R/P its still moves when i push it. car starts, shifts,no error lights but wont engage in the gear
i checked linkage it was ok

my guess it is dead then...how many miles? can you drain the ATF and see color and perhaps flush and refill it and see if that changes anything.
Check threads here for flush and refills.

i dont know if its dead completely or no but before it goes out it should have some symptoms like slip, stall, knock, rattle, kick, low fluid/bad fluid, overheating,i mean ive had a few bad experiences with bad trannys and this situation i cant explain what went wrong :/ tryig to tow car to dealer now maybe thay gonna figure it out

never heard of this being an issue...the axle shaft is about 2" long that goes into the trans.
just do NOT let them do any work unless they can confirm the issue. the dealer is known to just throw parts to "fix" the issue and end up not fixing anything.

yeah thats why im confused ,they want 300$ to confirm issue.my guess is that cv axle is not sitting tight or ive left some room over there, ive swapped brand new engine like 2 weeks ago, everything was perfect until yesterday.
even with the swap, you passenger axle has a bracket the must be bolted and that will put the shaft all the way in the trans. the driver side is the same, you would have leaked all the fluid if it was not tight OR the wheel would have stuck out and gave you hard time inserting the wheel bearing.
i would not be surprised if they say "ummm...you see...aaaaa...your transmission computer needs replacement?" lol
if that were the case, dont do it. because they will slap you with 1200+ (more or less)

direct swap. no programming is needed, BUT a relearn might need to be implemented. it is like clearing the old values and letting the TCM adjust to the new trans.
they called with good news,TRANNY was ok no damage, they said left front axle was loose and end was "rounded" slightly .they offered to fix it for 1504$ , incredible price for cv axle. ill tow the car to my garage and ill try to put it back correctly.
back on the road

it was axle !!! that was loose! thank god!!!
but i have feeling it isnt sitting tight over there .there is no more room i guess but im not sure.i took picture ,thats how its should ??

I just went out and looked at my wife's 2013 R57 Justa auto, and the left axle looks to be pushed further into the trans than the one in your pics. The black plastic-looking circular ring looks to sit flush with the trans on her car. It appears that your axle is not fully engaged into the differential. There is (I believe) a circular spring clip near the end of the splines on the trans side of the shaft that needs to be snapped into the diff gears to retain the axle in the transmission. You will need to pull that left axle again, make sure that clip is there (and has some spring to it), and that the splines are not damaged. Then, make sure it engages all the way into the trans when you re-install. It should take a good firm push, maybe even a couple whacks with a soft hammer to engage it fully. Make sure your trans is topped up, as you may have lost some fluid. Let us know how it goes.
ive replaced that spring clip when i first pulled out shafts including rubber o-ring that sits in differential and shaft seal as well. but it doesnt want to go any futher.thing is when it was loose i was able to pull out without any struggle, very easy. last night when i pull it back, it was very very hard almost imposible to take it out,so i think its in there but not sure :/try to remove it again?

+1
the black plastic "washer" can move by the way, so you can push it against the trans.
Usually, when you install the shaft, you should feel the metal hitting when the shaft goes in.
as said before, leave it like that for now since you can drive it. keep an eye on fluids leaking out.
