Was the unit used on your car?? If so it will require reprogramming by the manufacture and that will cost $150-200. If it has been attached you will need to pay for your own tune.

 

It is brand new. I never connected the unit to my car or any other car. I bought it and waited to long to return it. (I am selling my Mini) So it's the same as buying it directly from Jan, just $150. I send him the new owners info, and he will customize a tune for your mini. I have confirmed this with Jan already. It's a great opportunity to get your mini custom tuned from one of the best tuners out there. Just let me know if you have any other questions.

Is this tuner compatible with the r50?

 

No idea on that one. They both use the same port.

 

Can it be tuned by someone else like a different shop is the tuner programmable? Or only tune can be done by them?
