R56 ECU tuning
ECU tuning
Hi all,
Does anyone on here know of any companies that do remote/email tuning with the COBB Accessport via Data Logs? I'm looking for a more custom tune but I don't know of any Mini tuners in the Maryland area. As always all help is appreciated!

My last AP tune was from Ziptie Dynowerks, in Salt Lake City, over a year ago. It was on their dyno, and they also did follow-up remote email "revisions" They were bought by Simple Performance, still in SLC.
Whether or not the same tuner, Ryan, is still with them, or they still do the Mini AP tunes, you'll have to contact them to find out. They still advertise Cobb Tuning, but this might not include the Mini.
Good luck ---
Here's a long shot ---

There's another option you may or may not prefer, but you can overnight your ECU to a Manic Tuner Mariokart and have your ECU returned in 24 hours. That would require you to ditch your a AP though.
Do you have a legitimate reason why the OP should get an RMW Tune versus another Tune? I thought Jan had the impression that these were glass engines (N14, N18 engines) and shouldn't be tuned at all with stock internals because you'll blow your engine, at least that's what he's been preaching all along.
