Just wondering if you can upgrade the the fuel door a b d upgrade to an S model chrome gas cap? I have a 2007 R56 base. I already bought the whole S model door and whole mechanism so if anyone can help me please i dont know how to change it out or if it can be done at all..

 

It's been done many times but getting the old parts off without damaging them is a little tricky. Read this thread https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...s-gas-cap.html all the way thru and you'll see what's involved.

 

How does that rear sway bar working out is it cutting down alot of that understeer and does it really improve the handling alot?

 

I haven't noticed much difference with the sway bar change.

 

I was going to order one where do u have the the adjustment at in the center hole? Cause ive heard if u put it on the outermost hole it puts it at the best setting for performance?

 

I put it in the outermost hole. There may have been a marginal improvement in understeer but not anything I noticed in daily driving. Might be worthwhile for autocross but I don't autocross anymore.

 

The Hotchkis 25.5mm competition rear sway bar improves your handling like you wouldn't believe, it has three settings for soft, stiff, stiffer. I drove with it in the middle setting for almost two years, just recently set it to the stiffest setting. Why did I wait so long!

 

That kit is right here and yes you will have to get the primed ring painted to your body color.
