This Akrapovic downpipe has 6k miles on it, but runs like it is brand new. Easily my most favorite mod I made to my R56, but had to take it off before selling the car. You can read the reviews, this downpipe really is the best option for the Mini Cooper. It is simply a direct bolt on application, and all you need is a new copper rim gasket ($20) and an exhaust clamp (or use existing clamp and gasket on the car).

This Akrapovic down pipe uses a 100 cell high flow cat, and is made of stainless steel. Akrapovic claims 8hp and 7nm torque gains on a stock car, and I can say from personal experience, it feels even higher than that.

I am asking $500 shipped for the Akrapovic downpipe. I will cover the shipping cost to anywhere in the continental US. I am located in Boston, MA (don't worry, the down pipe has never seen snow, as I just moved from Florida), and will also do local pick up/delivery.

The second item I am selling is the Akrapovic Delete R. It is used to block the CEL that is associated with the dow pipe (or other catless downpipes). I really loved having this because I never needed to get an expensive tune to get rid of the CEL, and it is really easy to install.

I am asking $200 shipped for the Akrapovic Delete R. I will cover the shipping cost to anywhere in the continental US.

If you want both the down pipe and the Delete R, I'll ship both to you (in US) for $650.

I have a question if the down pipe has a cat you shouldn't get a cell right?

 

Great question! Unfortunately, because the cat on the Akrapovic Down Pipe is a high-flow 100 cell cat, the O2 sensors still throw a CEL code (P0420). I tried everything I could to get rid of the CEL without the Delete-r, but wasn't able to trick the computer.
