The best place to out a meth nozzle is one nozzel in all 4 intake runners right in the manifold
Others will probably tell you another one that will work but if you're looking for the best, use that. It ensures each cylinder gets an equal amount of meth/water. If you do it pre throttle body you don't guarantee every cylinder gets the same amount of meth(so let's say cylinder 1 gets most of the meth while cylinder 2 and 3 get half and the rest goes to cylinder 4(which causes cylinder 4 to run leaner potentially breaking something)

Its like nitrous if you think about it, you want an equal amount of the liquid to enter the cylinder evenly distributed

Another location is in the bend of the charge tube next to the dipstick. By installing the jet here the T-MAP sensor has a chance to see the resulting drop in temperature and compensate accordingly. Which is a real benefit on hot days.

Here's a pic of the jet installed.

I have it located as close to the outlet of FMIC as I could. This location registers more temp drop than when I had it at the corner (behind the headlight) You can see the bung/plug where it was located prior.

I agree with this, some people would say the closer to the TB the better, but your location gives time for the meth to mix. The Mini's coils don't like moister.

I am not running meth on my mini yet as i only have 2 bolt ons and stock tune.
But I will run it in that configuration when I get a kit.

If you want reference photos look up direct port meth injection.

That's great!

Are you also going to be using a small jet before the T-MAP sensor so that it see the temperature drop?

No Nick said it would not be needed. The timing is more affected by knock sense than intake temp.

nice setup, I think I would have made the lines more even in lenght but its not like NOS where it hits hard and fast....
Will be interesting to see how it works. Seams like the air inlet temp would get factored in somewhere within the table on timing but who am I...
Looking forward to your findings... keep on R&D-ing it......

I really wanted to make them equal length but space and positioning want not working. I might try a few different arrangements before it actually gets mounted.

check out the NOS shower head or the NOS dist. block. they all keep the the lines going in the same direction. I had the dist block and went to the showerhead and picked up ET with it......
Keep it rocking
