I had these tires on my 2009 Mini Cooper JCW for 2 winters. They have about 10,000 miles or less on them. I'd say there is 80% tread remain so they are still in great condition.

Tires:
The tires are Falken Euro Winter.
215/45R17
215/45/17
No holes, patches, plugs, or uneven wear. Rotated each winter.
Great condition

Wheels:
Mini Cooper Crown Spoke 17" x 7" 4 lug wheels
Offset 48mm
Bolt Pattern 4-100mm
Hub 56.2mm
These wheels came off and older Mini. Not sure of the year but maybe a 2007.
No TPMS sensors
There are some minor chips, scratches, and curb rash on these wheels from the previous owner but overall they look good.

 

I'd be interested in the tires if the price was reasonable, I'm local as well.
