HELP. 14 all 4 broken front strut mounts

So the wife bought an 14 all4 Friday brand new off the lot. Drove it home had a noise coming from front end. Dropped it off at the Firestone shop we use for all our cars. It has two broken front strut mounts. Help what should we do with the dealership, and what else could be effected? Had to force the dealership to tow it back sat morning they were going to drive it back to shop. So any help would be great since we have to deal with them first thing mon morning. Thanks

Bet it happened in transport....truck loading/unloading or perhaps strapped to the deck of the ship too tight....
Since the miles is so low, doubt anything got seriously broken...
If you are paroniod the dealer will not give it a good "once over" stop at a mini centric shop...explain to then what happened, and pay for a quick suspension check...might even bee free for a future customer....and they will be able to tell you if everything looks OK....
If they find something a miss, you can bring the car back with your findings...
Good luck!! IMO, till the dealer shows me they are not trustworthy, I would not worry about getting a second party to look at it....on a new car, the dealer is making good $$ wrenching on it....so they should be happy to fix ANYTHING that is not perfect!!

Hate to hear this, hopefully the dealer will step up and repair anything that needs it. Keep us posted and hopefully they will put you another MINI product
to drive while yours is being repaired.

Happy Motoring!!

There's not much to say for the Dealer's Preparation of your Mini.

So after another day wasted at dealership here goes. Gave them the CM wife bought fir back. They got in an black knight special edition one of 50. Again sucks but oh well, take delivery wed after all the add ons get put on her. Blackjack everything clear bra LED lights and driving lamps. CM has the matte black paint that is pretty cool. Big down side no HK stereo but wife said she could live with hope this doesn't bite her later. Oh well at least this mess is done. Struts were broke at the bushings and we're riding on rubber boot. Why bad glad it's done and nobody got hurt.

What did the Dealer give you for an excuse -- what did they say caused the breakage?

Car dealers, real estate agents they all lie.

Hit something, they thought somebody tried to jump it until we got under the car, no damage or scraps. So they have no clue feel sorry for the poor bastard that ends up with I'm sure there is more damage.
