Plasti-dip Mini

Okay, so I want to start a thread on plasti-dipped mini's. if you have one show it off here or if you see a picture on the internet and you think it's awesome lets see it. I appreciate plasti-dip because you literally can't regret it. Let's see who has or finds the coolest dipped mini

I'll bite first, i guess.

The wheels and mirror caps are done in "blaze green".

side scuttles, door handles, gas cap, intercooler intake, headlight trim, and any chrome are done in standard black.

My roomates car - the camo one is all done in plastidip including all the pieces you see there and the wheels.
Mine - the black r56s has the wheels, grill trims, head light trims, and a few other pieces are all done in plastidip

I saw these online, its not plasti dip but the style of it is supposed to be like a porsche gt3. i think if you brought that into a plasti-dip style it'd look better. i also really like the "Cooper S" on the side like porsche's have theirs. very sexy.

I don't think plastidip would hold up to the heat. You'd have to find high temp paint.

No I'm a big camo fan and we're running it in a gumball rally and we needed to do something to compete with the lambos and gtrs so we decided to do this.

Not a huge fan of plastidip, but I have to say, that's pretty sweet!

The only things NOT plastidipped is the front brake air intake trim, Mini emblems, side markers on front quarter panels, side mirrors and door handles.

Here's a couple shots of my car with chrome trim dipped, different rim colors and a video posted on u tube. I used a spray gun and some other chemicals not rattle can. The orange wheels are custom colors I came up with by mixing a few colors together.

thats a beautiful mini! i love what you did with it. IMO i'd have the rims black then the mirror caps red. the same red you have on your calipers.
