R50/53 All Wheel Fitting Issues Resolved! (With Everyones Help)
Finding The PERFECT STANCE For Your MINI

I do realize that there's MULTIPLE "Show me your Wheels Threads Already, But If I can get all this other info together in this one spot - I'll be able to put it online for all of us to view in one spot!
SO TO SEE WHERE THE SPREADSHEET IS AT RIGHT NOW CLICK HERE
(Only have 4 NAM members involved this far.... Come on everyone. I know its asking a lot, but in the end you'll know so much info about products out there for our cars that WORK!)
Fellow NAMer's, If we could just get everyone that stumbles upon this thread to fill out the following information about their own cars, you and I would be able to knock out a crazy detailed spreadsheet of what fits, and what doesn't. What to shoot for and what to avoid. I understand that sometimes this is a long process that people do like to test & figure out on their own, but there is an on-going list of us, that are looking to expand our horizons with different lower offsets and wheel/tire set-ups out of the norm. I've put together the basic list of everything that I could think of at the moment, that can just be copied and pasted to each reply to this thread, (between the dotted lines) with your particular information. Then at the end of every week or month - or however busy this thread becomes, I will edit the first post here linking to the MOST UP-TO-DATE Spreadsheet
If nobody wants to take the time to actually fill all this information out for each of our cars, then I'll try and compile the most i can from various posts like the Original threads: Here & Here, Just to name a very small few of them just on NAM. Then if I would happen to get something wrong in what I posted about your particular car PLEASE JUST PM ME, and I'll edit the post and web site accordingly!
To Include In Every Reply To This Thread (For This Theory To Work) & If you don't know every single bit of info below, that's completely fine. Still post it up, and we'll try to figure the rest out for you.

No one has a unique set-up that they'd be willing to share yet - or is everyone really going to make me research every car on NAM to do all this work
And of course anything that I might be missing or any ideas in general that you guys/gals might have, please feel free to post them up here. Again, I want this to ultimately HELP everyone when approaching this mod, from the very basic people to the most extreme people. (Without researching all-over-the-place to get all the info you'll need!)

Wheel Brand: R48 V-spoke white (OEM)
Wheel Size: 6.5J x 16"
Wheel Offset: 48
Tire Brand: BF GOODRICH g-Force T/A KDW 2
Tire Size: 215/40/16

Fender Trimming And/Or Metal Rolling Needed: none needed
Additional Comments: widest 16" tire I could fit without any rubbing. Grip is furious wet or dry. Superior to the Goodyear Eagle GT's that were formerly on the car. Front struts also replaced with Koni OEM units.

Thanks a million to everyone thats posted in here thus far.. And like I said, I'm going to update the first post on here with the website link in post #1 (Which will include pictures, if everyone doesn't mind). That way people won't even have to scroll through the whole thread to find exactly what they are looking for. So keep spreading the word everyone!
And the more unique with aftermarket parts the more this will help in general. That's looking GREAT Greekdrifter91 BTW!

I understand everyone, that this isn't the most fun thing to do with your time
....but I'm going to be working my butt off on the webpage with all our combined specs. How many of you honestly wouldn't love to know how some of these ultimate stances were created? I honestly am going with a 8J et20 set-up on my own car, but I'd love to see how others that have already done it (which I have seen 3 at least now with a ton of research), but why not throw all this info in one place to just see exactly what you want to see, when you want to see it, without researching for hrs or sometimes days......
If this is just me that's thinking that this thread is a good idea, then someone let me know, so I don't end up wasting my time. I can of course just make it for myself, but figured more people than just me, would love to have all this extensive info at their disposal at all times!

Cool thread brody78 !
I would add a line in that stack of stats for what type of brake calipers the MINI is equipped with.
Stock, JCW, JCW brembo, Stoptech ect. can make a big difference with respect to offset/size wheel and spacer needed to get by them especially when going wider/drop.

And lets get some 14's, 15's, 16's 17's & 18's on here!!!!! I'm formatting the page that this thread links to, to be seperated by wheel size, so that it will be slightly easier for people looking to find particular information. Especially if that spreadsheet gets very large... (Which I'm Hoping For!!
)
)
Just like helping people who post there issues not many people bother to tell us who was right and how there problem was resolved. As long as there own specific problem was solved most people don't care or don't think anyone else will have a similar issue and can benefit from letting us know what the fix was.
