So, in the last 7 months, my cars been in the shop more than I've had it. Long story short, I got t-boned in November, and because the parts kept coming in defective, the shops had my car till the middle of February! Then, last night my wife and I are sitting in the house when an explosion goes off out side, she looks at me and said, 'What the hell was that...?' I said, 'That's the sound my Mini makes when it gets hit...' I walked out and the car was in pieces around the road. A 22 yr old domino's delivery driver dropped his GPS, leaned over to pick it up, and boom, right into my rear drivers quarter panel. My rim was cracked, my body in shambles, and it looks like i've got major axel/rotor/innards damage. So, in the event that they total it...I've got allot of spare parts: Car had 96k Miles

17 Pulley
Oil Catch Can (May be able to use in my future car)
Tsudo Catback Exhaust (Sounds awesome)
Red Top Battery (2 Months Old)
New Angel Eye headlights (2 Months Old)
Rear Seats (I took them out a few months back to shave weight)
Chrome interior accents (My car is/was the winter package upgrade)
Electric Blue Intercooler
All MTX Speakers (Less than 6 months old)
Right side stock taillight

I'm sure I have a ton more stuff...I'm just freaking out right now. I want to make sure everything goes to a good home instead of a junk pile. But it'll be at my shop, and I'm sure they'll let me rip everything out before it gets junked...if it's really gone.

Oooo, Sorry, it was too expensive for me to buy! Lol, probably the same reason you haven't bought one either. The cost/reward ratio is pretty steep on that one.

 

How much for the catch can and what kind is it

Hi, I"M SORRY EVERYONE, But i need like 4 days to actually SEE if my mini is totaled. I've gotten around 18 PM's, and i'd love to answer them, but I won't know for a few days, and it's a little over whelming. I was a little too excited and frustrated and I probably posted this a few days too early. Also, the car will be at a friends shop....so i'll have to see how much I can part off of it before insurance and himself get pissed. Thank you all and sorry!

Sorry to hear about your issues. If you end up parting it, I'm interested in the front axles if it was a manual trans and the CV boots are in good shape. Let me know.

 

What seats do you have? front and back please.
