GP1257 has a new home :)

I originally posted this in another forum (before I noticed there was a GP forum) so Im re-posting it. Just acquired this one owner 21,000 mile California GP. It's in amazing shape. Never abused and taken care of. Bone stock for now. I will be replacing one wheel and the silver sticker around the bonnet scoop next week. Then it will be almost perfect. I'm really lucky to have this MINI. Wanted to share my joy with other GP lovers. Thanks for looking

Long live the GP and your love affair with it. My wife has a automatic transmission R52 sidewalk and I will be looking into acquiring a manual R53. Love these cars. So much a drivers car.

Congrates on your new purchase. Just a quick note on replacing the one wheel. I have read that the latest batch of GP wheels are a slightly different black (shiney) from the factory. Just beware.

I'm planning on driving it as much as possible but I work 60-70 hours a week so if I'm lucky I can put 2500 miles on year on it But they will be fun miles
