Bought a Groupon from a fellow NAM member last week for a track day at CMP yesterday. Ran in the Solo group. Lots of fun and great folks! It was blazing hot though, and due to the short notice, I showed up to the gun fight with a knife, that is to say street tires instead of track tires or r-comps. Still had a blast though, even if I couldn't fully realize the potential of my latest suspension upgrades. Also, Hawk HPS brake pads SUCK on the the track! Ended up having to brake much sooner than I wanted to. Some folks were telling me that I could take turn 10 at 100+ mph, but I couldn't quite get the gumption to do it early on as I was new to this track, though I did work myself up to around 90 mph in the 4th session.

I was having camera issues, so I only got video of one of the sessions. The first 2 laps were warm up, lap three, 4:25, is where I really started getting into it.
