Nothing sells a wheel like seeing it on the car.

I am looking for a sweet 17" wheel.
Be sure to tell us what kind of wheels they are.
Has anyone put 18" wheels on & used lowered springs?

I removed my silver 18" Breyton GTS-Rs and put the OEM 16" black Bridge Spokes back on. Am I crazy? I really wish I would of purchased the 18s in black.

18s

16s (the car is absolutely filthy)

not crazy, ...its seems to be the nature of lots of MINI owners out there who like to change things up from time to time. (I'm one of em')

if you are bored with those Breytons, I have a set of beautiful OEM S-lites painted in graphite...will trade them for the Breytons...even steven

where in Tx are you?

The design is simple enough that it looks like it could be easily replicated with a $30 trip to home depot. Looks like my next project after I finish my car next week.

Amending my statement...found these on amazon for $35.00. Even better...

^^yep, that's the rack, and same price I paid...pretty darn good deal!

..the rack can easily fold up too, if not needed.

Terrible iPhone pic and dirty car, but just got them mounted today. Drag DR-50 wheels 18x7 +40 offset and Nitto Neogens 215/40-18

Total Weight per wheel/tire combo = 41 pounds

..lol, I figured it was a long-shot...but worth a try ...those Breytons are some pretty wheels!

..since you have them off the car, could easily get them powdercoated black...or even a DIY painting,

..I'm already bored with my black wheels just purchased back in Aug, getting ready to paint them gunmetal.

are you part of the Austin Mini club? ..we've done a few drives/events with them...a nice group of folks, ..looking forward to some drives with'em this summer.

Does anyone with some photoshop skills want to do me a favor? I'm wondering what these ASA AR3's will look like without the outer silver/machined ring. Many thanks - I messed with it in iPhoto and got a good sense, but I also butchered it pretty good.

those Breyton wheels look awesome. I don't think that they would look as nice in black.

I wish that the people who post on this thread would include offset, weight of wheel and price.

I am looking to get some wheels in the next few months and that would make it easier to keep some off my wish list if they were too expensive or too heavy.

Great idea! Added details to my post above...

I'd like to see some of the "Super Light Weights" with details and pricing. May be needing another set for weekend playtime.
