Sorry, man! At least you can't see it when you're in the car enjoying yourself.

Hard to imagine why this issue is so long in resolving itself. My car was put together in the second production run and delivered on January 21st. No trim issues whatsoever. Really sorry you all have to go through this.

The total lack of response from Mini on this simple issue; either the dealer, or the company; has turned me against ever buying another Mini. The latest 'fix' is to have me bring in the car so they can take trim off another car to replace mine. Can't even get parts from Mini, so they are willing to scavange them from someone elses vehicle to fix mine. The cars they have in stock don't have any better trim than mine, but they feel this will fix the problem...

What a joke. Unfortunately, it is one I will be dealing with for a while.

Mark

I got my trim a long time ago. Way back when they were screwing up my auto window, programming, navigation, and comfort access.

Sealy - Who is nice and shiny, but was briefly lost.

All I want for Christmas is a shiny surf blue countryman with a big white bow on top!

Sorry you guys are having issues with your dealerships. I wish you the best of luck in getting the issues resolved quicker.

My dealership told me that they were ordering the parts and would get back to me. I haven't heard from them and it has been a couple of weeks.

Couple of weeks will turn into months, it's been almost 5 months since they said they "ordered" mine

Maybe they're shipping the new improved trim along with our bench seaters
