I found a set used of Blizzaks near me. However they have been mounted twice before. How many times can they be mounted before the structure of the tire is damaged?

You can mount and dismount tires as many times as needed. They are designed to be taken off and put back on, without damage.

That's what I would think, as with all tires, run them 'til you're down to the wear bars or you are not satisified that they are doing their job anymore!!

 

If the tires are changed correctly, mounting and remounting to the rim with a machine designed to handle run flats, as often as you need them changed. We use the Blizzak RFT here for the snows of the midwest. Ours just got remounted for the third time in the tires life. No issues, great tires.
