Have a 2011 MC with Nav, and an iPhone4 with latest firmware, synced to the MINI. All of the phone numbers show up in the Phone address book, and in the Office Contacts area.

However, when selecting the Guidance function from the Navigation screen, you are given an option to select an address from a contact. I have read in the Users Manual how such addresses need to be checked to make sure they are in a format compatible with the nav database -- would be happy to check them, but....

Not a single contact in my phone that has an attached street address has it show up in the MINI's contact database.

Anyone gotten this to work? Is this a limitation of the sync protocol supported by the iPhone??
