BMW bought my mini back. I cannot begin to stress how important it is to keep copies of everythings and know your consumer rights.

I am very pleased with how I was treated by corporate. If only the dealers showed the level of carring and commitment that they did.

Really too much to type. In my state I only needed to qualify for one of three things, when I qualified for two:

30+ days in the shop during the warranty period
4 or more repair attempts on a non-life threatening item.
