Factory Sirius Kit Install Question

I have a 08 MCS with bluetooth and phone control on the steering wheel. Radio I think is the hi-fi. I have installed the unit below the seat. Now the instructions to hook up the most connecters has me confused. I do have the latest version 7.0 of the install.

http://webpages.charter.net/jimchris...ions%20R56.pdf

I think I should be following the instructions for the SA644 Mobile prep? There they mention a step 14?

I must be missing something I didn't think this would be that hard to figure out. I do understand I have to take it to the dealer to have the car flashed but want to keep the cost to a minimum there. Any help is welcome..thanks

This is a little confusing but they actually mean step 2 on page 5..

If you add 2 to the 12 previous steps ending on page 4 you get 14.

I just recently did this install a few weeks ago. You need to follow the SA644 instructions for your car, yes.

There's a most that needs to be switched in the passenger side kick panel. It's tucked up in there. Then the one under the driver's seat and the jumper in the back.

Thanks Guys, I'm going to dig back into this this week. How will I know that I have it right before I go to the Dealer for the flash and waste money?

Does anyone have a copy of the pdf linked in the first post? I'm considering installing this but can't seem to find the instructions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. For those who have done this, how long did it take you and how much did you spend on the sirius kit and reprogramming at the dealer?

I have the PDF handy, PM me. Looks like the kit is about $482. Programming will vary depending on your dealer, but it could be a couple of hundred dollars as the car will usually have to get completely updated before they can retrofit the option and that can take a few hours to run.
