M7 Ultimate Grilles from WMW in Black?

Thinking about changing the look of my R50 a bit. I like the Aero Grill from OutMotoring, but I am thinking about the M7 Grilles as well from Way. It says in the description that it can be powdercoated in black as welll. Does anyone have a photo of this kit in black? I haven't ruled out the zinc either, but would love to see the black.

Way, do you have any photos of the black kit? Anyone?

M7 has an Ebay store.
Its called "elsastreet"
They have pics of the grilles in black.
Just bought the top set to match the bottom aero grille.
Well made!
Worth it to get away from plastic.

Thank you, that looks great! Much better than the Aero grill! Will the grille on the eBay store marked R53 fit the R50 as well?

Thank you . I agree with you with regards to the aero grills . When I first had my 02 delivered I had ordered a set of aero grills as well and they were in a plastic bag in the boot. I took a look at them and just was not happy with what I saw and decided not to install them . This was before there were any other options so I preferred to leave it stock until something else became available.

To answer your question , yes , the upper and upper middle grill set will fit the R-50.

It's a upgrade on the old multi panel " Wink " panoramic mirror. It covers the blind spots and prevents getting any surprises by " dive bombers " on the track.

Haha, now I'm curious as to how it looks on the inside. Sounds like it's a lot helpful though

I have a couple of shots .

This was back in the day with the former audio setup.

The GPS now takes up the spot where the original mirror was .

We used to use the car for a lot of R & D and they all come into play at different times . I could have elimiated a few gauges if the Scan Gage had been out when I put the car together . That is one informative tool .

That looks pretty mean.

Just curious if you have pictures of the grill on an R50? I'd like to get an idea for the look without the hood scoop.

Just thought I'd bump this to see if anyone has this grill on a Cooper Non-S?

I'm curious about the look of the JCW Grille on a Cooper as well.

That has to be one of the sickest MINI's i have ever seen. Wish there was more eye candy around my neck of the woods instead of all these grocery getters.

BTW, are all the parts for your grill by M7?

Thanks for the kind words . Yes those grill pieces are all from M7. It the bottom , most recent photo, you can see where I removed the fog lights to make room for brake ducts and I used the same material as our grills to cover those spots . They are not a M7 product .

Are these hard to install? Do you have to remove your bumper? M7 has no phone number to ask questions.....
