Dead Pedal cracked

is the plastic "dead pedal" footrest covered in the 50k warranty?

i noticed that its almost crack all the way through and missing a piece now.

Mine was. The good thing is it gets you all new carpet - front and back!

Wow they replaced the carpet throughout because of the dead pedal? Guess is mated to the carpet?

Yeah, it is apparently molded in or something similar and not available as a separate part.
