Mini Club in North Jersey?
Hi,
Does anyone know of any Mini clubs or events in the North Jersey area? The Mini dealerships in Mahwah and Morristown seem to be always packed with people so I must think there has to be some kind of rally or car shows for Mini lovers in this area. Anyone?

I just moved from Chicago... so many MINIs here and no proper club?! Not only that, people don't say hello while passing! Let's form a good club and make it fun! Do any active serious clubs exist in the tri-state area? At this point Philymini is the only option?

As a Jerseyan, I don't associate with anything Pennsylvania, its out of my area, (nothing against them, I just have no reason to associate with Penn). Any ideas on how to get a group started for North Jersey Mini Motorists?
Well I guess this is as good an excuse as any to start a club up. I'm in Hoboken and always up for a drive, so please let me know if you'd like to get something going.

not to high-jack, but mini of Monmouth.. are you kidding?? getting my mini serviced took a month of planning, aggravating experience with Princeton, and now dealing with Manhattan...

I live in Rockland county NY which may as well be part of north Jersey. I work in New Jersey most days and drive in New jersey just about every day. I would be interested in putting something together or meeting up with some north Jersey MINI owners.

Lyle from Vinyl Styles will be at my house doing black out vinyl mods and stripes etc from Friday April 15th through Monday April 18th when I return him him to Newark to catch a plane back to San Francisco.
Since there will be a number of people in my driveway already, maybe a bunch more can stop by?
I live near the Palisades mall in West Nyack, NY just over the Tappan Zee bridge. Also near exit 10 of the Palisades Parkway and near where the Garden State Parkway ends and turns into the NYS Thruway.
I will be there with Lyle (obviously) and others as they stop by for Lyle to work on their car. You now have a few days over a weekend to choose from. So some enterprising person can now run with this to make it into a meet.
Want to stop by to hang out?? PM me for directions/address/phone # as the date gets closer.
My wife hates my MINI so come by and fill up my driveway and the whole street for that matter with MINIs to make her go Nuclear

Lyle will be in touch with everyone that gave a deposit to let them know the date and time of their install. We can also use the original thread that I started to gauge interest in having him come out east,
Suggestion:
Don't call it a club...Maybe a NNJ Meet...first...and just do it.
Just pick a day each month...like the second Saturday/Sunday of each month and do a short run and get something eat at the end.
I'm not familiar with NNJ Roads.
