i am very interested in a car get together. Sundays would be most preferable. I think an informal run one of these weekends would be nice. I live up near Prestige Mini and the roads through Harriman are a Mini's wet dream. Anybody interested in that?

I say if the weather looks promising we do this upcoming Saturday or Sunday, 3/26 or 27. Let's see what day is preferred. The fun roads through Harriman are less travelled by those that come up from the City for the day. I say around 10 AM would be great, not too early or late. I guess Prestige would be most ideal to meet up. However, if there are only a few of us getting together, there is the Strip Mall in Sloatsburg, NY.(Just a few minutes away from Harriman state park.)

 

I would def be down for a run up by ramapoo but I cant this sunday but any other sunday Im in esp since the weather is getting nice ... let me know when !!

Sunday works for me, Saturday not positive I can get there by 10 AM

 

It seems that we have a good amount of people interested in doing a run. We should meet up in 2 weeks on sunday and go for a nice drive and grab something to eat or something .. Then we can take it from their and establish another forum thread for ourselves!

But I don't know if it is still happening, there hasn't been any updates lately.

 

I can not make it next weekend personally due to a 65th wedding anniversary for my grandparents. But any other sunday works for me but I am only 1 person.

 

Who wants to get together somewhere next Sunday March 27th at 10AM or so for an informal meet-up, small run and then get something to eat?

Then the following Sunday April 3rd early in the AM ... Well do a run and if everyone wants grab some lunch ... I really want to get an ACTIVE mini owners club or north jersey started. I have been a mini owner in the area for 3 years now and I have been apart of 2 and we only went on 2 runs which is pathetic ... LETS RIDE PPL !! !

I'm in central jersey. I bought mine in Mini Monmouth. My 15 year old son wants to join me in my mini escapades

 

if we do same time, same place but SATURDAY, i know some non-MINI enthusiasts that would like to carve corners! Let me know if you and NightFlyR want to switch for Saturday!! (If not, then i guess i am getting two escapades out of my weekend!)

I agree with saturday. I say we go through harriman then head to bear mountain since it is the fun way to get there.
