I have to start out by saying I have been reading these forums for some time now, a little way to entertain my obesesion of the MCS with out owning one. Finally got one about 5 months ago and have had a BLAST ever since! I had posted in another thread, I have been in the auto business for a some time now and this is the first car/truck that I did not get from one of our brands, kinda taboo in the business. But without regret!
Any-who, my question is, is there a way I can get a hold of the original "build list" of options that my S came from factory with? Just curious, I did alot of research into the options my car has but it seems like I find another option every week. Small things that I did not know where not standards (ground effects kit, IPOD hookup, wheels, different sill plates, etc). Or as I know happens alot did the original owner (preowned purchase @ 11k miles) add these after. If anyone knows how to get this it would be greatly appreciated!
PS: already tried to contact Mini headquarters via email to no avail.

 

Go here https://ol.miniusa.com/ and make an account. If you the original owner already made an account then you might have a problem since the VIN number has already been used. You would probably have to contact Mini at that point

 

There is no information of that sort on OL. If your are referring to the production list, that information and link disappears and is not available soon after the MINI ships out of port.

 

If you go to track your Mini in OL you can see all of the factory options.

 

Call your local MINI dealer and give them the VIN. Mine was able to tell me all the factory options it came with, along with all the service records.
