Went to the giant Motor4Toys event in Los Angeles this morning. Huge number of cars bringing toys for needy kids. Many MINIs were there including several vintage cars.
I spotted this plate on an original Mini Cooper. Took me a minute, but then I realized, it's pretty apt for a guy driving a car with wheels only slightly larger than a riding mower's.

Took me a moment to figure it out!
VA is so restrictive with vanity plates...I doubt that particular one would get approved!

Doubt that would ever pass a Virginia review, but you never know. The term that SEEMS to be referenced would normally apply to a woman rather than a man.

Although, it would be the perfect plate for a woman, this one belongs to a man...a man driving a car with 13-inch wheels.
And, in a Southern California car show full of Lamborghinis, Corvettes, Porsches, et al, that plate is even funnier.
Slightly ironic that the guy with the "size matters" signature couldn't decode it.
Don't feel badly...I didn't get it right away either. The DMV was definitely napping the day they okayed NOPNSNV.

I lived in California for a number of years and there were a number of "adult" personalized plates in view, mostly in the LA area, fewer up in the bay area. Don't think this one would fly here in the Land Of Zion, we've loosened up on booze but not the "words".
