Hmm. I'm interested in some more info. But in general, HID's require less load and less voltage than a halogen... so with a properly functioning ballast, you should never burn up a harness. Are you talking about a "HID" looking halogen, or actual HID bulb?

Did you retrofit projectors into the stock headlights or are these just HID bulbs in the stock headlights?

If its projectors retrofitted into the OEM headlights, then Im sold.

Im currently running E55 projectors in my SRT4 & is pure bliss when I drive at night here in the UK.

Norm, Please post pictures, and details on whatever you can, please. I e-mailed the guy, and he was very vague. Basically just gave me a picture of the different color temps he offers and telling me that he has the full kit for a certain price.. No details on the bulb brand, ballast brand, lenses they come with, what size lenses.. nothing.

So please.. pictures.

im not sure on the brand off hand, but i know he offers the angel eyes for the replacements lamps as well....which i still havnt seen on the classics.....it's a easy plug and play set up...he's being vague about it because there is really nothing to them.....the are the best value, quality that i have found and thats why i posted it.......i havnt posted in a while prior to this but figured it would draw intrest.....email the guy at ACGcustom@yahoo.com he's a friend of mine ...just say that Big Norm said to contact him about the kits and he will take care of you

I was just wondering brand of ballast because I have heard horror stories about the cheap ones shorting out and frying harnesses.

I've looked into the kit your friend is selling, Norm. It's a quality piece. Unfortunately, My bank account just dropped significantly as I bought my girlfriend something in a baby blue box with the name Tiffany on it...
