Anyway to make my SuperSprint louder in the cabin?

I have a 2003 R53 and a SuperSprint Exhaust. It has a nice clean sound outside but I would like it to be a little bit louder inside the cabin. Is there anyway of doing so? I noticed there is a little foam filter in the boot, what does that do? If I take it out will I hear more exhaust? Any other ways? Thanks!

-Matt

Edit: And Yes, I have been trying to use the search and cannot come up with anything. Thanks!

Put down your rear seats. I have a SuperSprint exhaust and when I leave the seats down, their too loud sometimes (for me atleast).

LOL there are other ways. leave your windows down. Open your sun roof a bit. Turn down or off your music. The best one: Rev Higher!

That little foam filter does dampen the sound a little bit. If you do a rear-seat delete it gets louder too.

- Remove the rear parcel tray that covers the boot area from the back of the seat to the inside of the hatch.
- Remove the carpet, insulation, and plastic interior panels.

prop your back hatch open....
I was moving some big boxes and I had to tie the hatch down with some string... man The exhaust was pretty loud then...be careful of the carbon monoxide though.
Good luck!

Why not sunroof? And I have a SuperSprint, great exhaust, not worth doing a delete. I folded the seats down and it does make a difference!

I have my rear seats and all rear interior removed (installed a roll cage) with an Alta Exhaust, Dinan Chip and intake. Lets just say that it took me 2 weeks to turn my radio on again. +1 for taking out the rear seats.

It is. When my car was... damaged once, I had talked with the body shop about replacing the roof skin with a non-sunroof version. It is swappable, somehow, but some of the supports that would be there on a factory non-sunroof would be missing. No real problem though. Anyway, I would have needed a new head liner. The insurance company was not going to allow any of this though since they were going to restore the car as it was before, and nothing more.

I really wish I had done away with the sunroof, but paying out of pocket for this part of the repair was out of the question.
