Body Colored Fender Question

I was at Starbucks line yesterday and there was a Pepper White Mini in front of me with Pepper White fenders. I have an Astro Black Mini with Rubber Fenders. How do I change them to Astro Black Fenders like the rest of the car? I like that look a lot. (Tried to find the answer to my question by searching for a while, and I didn't find anything)
Thank you!

The 2009+ aero kit comes with body colored fenders. It is a $1250 option from the factory. Which would probably be closer to $1600-$1800 after paint and installation. Another thing you can do is take your trim to a professional paint shop. They can prep and paint them also, but again, your looking at paying a pretty penny for that.

A key point to going (painting) body color on the trim is the preparation. To ensure a uniform look from the rest of the MINI, the trim needs to be sanded down smooth to remove all the texture. Otherwise the finish may look a little orange peel. The club-preferred body shop here in Phoenix also recommends the use of new trim that hasn't been treated with cleaning products or protectants that may interfere with primer and paint adhesion.

Yup. It makes all the difference in the world if you ask me.
I love the look of painted body color fenders.

I had mine done before delivery, JCW Aero Kit installed along with wheels arches painted. It was a little over $3,100 for everything, and they said there was a lot of the work in the sanding of the arches to get them smooth.

That looks absolutely stunning!
Great job!

Here's what mine looks with the standard painted fenders, no aero kit:

I bought it used as an '08 with the fenders already painted so I really have no clue about the cost.

Looks good, with the stripes and Silver & Black Union Jacks it matches perfectly...
