I'm having a problem with these guys and I'm not sure what to do....
About 3 weeks ago I placed an order for the Canadian rubber floor mats shown here:
http://www.coopersport.com/usa/MINI-...s-p-16236.html
The guy I placed the order with (over the phone) told me should take 3-4 days. I was very concerned about the timing since I was expecting to take delivery of my Mini in about a week, and I don't like the idea of driving the car without mats.
It ended up taking 9 days to receive the mats, and when I opened the package they were the wrong mats. Instead of the ones shown in the link above, they sent me these:

I paid $125, and received mats that cost around $60 to get from my local dealer. So I called up Coopersport and spoke to someone who told me they would look into the error, and in the meantime would email me the RMA info to return the mats I had received.
So a couple of hours later I received an email with a link and instructions for filling out the RMA request form online, which I then did immediately. About a day later I received my RMA# and instructions for returning the mats. The instructions told me that I must pay to return them, and I cannot send them via UPS or Fed Ex, but must instead send them via Post Office, and I must send them to Canada to a P.O. Box address. According to my local Post Office, the cheapest way to send the package will cost $36.
There is no way I am paying $36 for a screw up on their part. So I left a message on their voicemail asking them to call me back, which they never did. I have since left 2 more messages, and still no call back. It seems next to impossible to get a live person there. It's been a week now, and I still have not heard back from the original guy who was "looking into" why I got the wrong mats.
In the meantime, I've had my car for 10 days now and finally went to the local dealer and purchased the carpet floor mats as I cannot drive my car any longer without mats. So now I don't think there is anything else I can do except to dispute the charge with my credit card. If Coopersport wants their cheaper/wrong rubber floor mats back, then they can send me a prepaid postage RMA. At this point I no longer have any need for the Canadian mats either. Any ideas as to what I should do?

I agree with you. It was their mistake, they should pay for return shipping.
If they really won't call you back, try emailing and stating you are turning it over to the credit card company. If they won't talk, there isn't much you can do without being there face to face.

Sorry, but why would you pay $125 for rubber fronts only?
Yeah, just dispute it, and if they want them back they can prepay the shipping!
I'm ordering all my accessories from Morristown. Their customer service is awesome!

I ended up getting the "cosmopolitan" mats for $68 from my local dealer. They are a little nicer than the standard black carpet mats as they have silver reflective piping around the edges. I really have no need for rear mats as nobody is ever going to sit back there.
I haven't bought anything from them, but emailed them a question. No response. Therefore, never ordered anything from them!
I agree with everyone above. Call your credit card co. I've done this before and it works very quickly and efficiently.

The only glitch I see here is that you still are in possession of "their" merchandise. Why not offer to pay half the shipping back to them? Compromises can work wonders. I don't think the credit card company is going to reverse the charges on the item until you return the floor mats.
I guess I really like the look of those Canadian mats. They are much nicer looking than the American rubber mats, and they have a small strip of carpet where the driver's feet go. I would have gotten them elsewhere, but they seemed to be the only ones who carried them who would ship to the US.

I did a search on this forum for "Coopersport". Some interesting results. They apparently have some influence here (for better or worse).
Assuming you used a credit card, you should contest the charge. Make sure you do this within the time allowed by your credit card.
Personally, I don't think I will be taking a chance with this outfit anytime soon.

In Baltimore, "dem O's" are how they say "those Orioles" , the baseball team.
(I saw the spanking you got last time, so I was just trying to change the subject for our own good.

It's "How 'bout them Broncos" around here.
The mats he ordered from Coopersport are different from the ones available from MINI. They have circles on them. I assume he liked them better.
By the way the rubber ones are great!
Yes, I did not like the standard plain black carpet mats. I wanted something a little fancier, so I ordered the Canadian ones with the circles. But I ended up going to the dealer and getting the "cosmopolitan" carpet mats which are a little fancier than the plain black ones. Here are some pictures of my interior with the mats:
Sorry to hear your troubles with Coopersport. I'm in Toronto Canada and have dealt with them. Picked up some ATE SuperBlue Brake fluid and some other small items. No problems. Called ahead and picked up the stuff in person. I think they went through some changes with ownership or something a little while ago, maybe that has something to do with it.
Try calling one more time, not that it's your responsibility to do so, but I know it's a popular parts place with our local club, so it sounds a little odd for them.
Just wanted to let you know someone else has dealt with/heard of them.
Good luck.

Those look way better than those rubber ones you were going to get originally. Plus they go perfect with your lounge leather
