Thanks! It's my daily driver so I need to leave the gap there! I need plenty of room for those fat snow tires and all the snow that gets packed up inside!

My next mini will be a weekend/summer toy -- I'll take your good advice then!

lets see it after a good Maguires NXT Waxing. My friend leaned against mine today (2 ice claybars, 3 ice waxes and 2 NXT waxes in the past 3 weeks) and almost slid off the car in his suit. Thats what you get for leaning on my car!!!!!!1

I am a freak about waxing the '05 MCS we got 3 weeks ago. My wife and I plan on keeping it forever! I also want a new JCW, I am sure it will receive the same OCD treatment. On a serious note, the NXT wax is worth every bit of $16.99. if you don't have it, get it and get the clay bar kit to apply before the wax. I am talking SMOOTH AS GLASS! Even on a new car, the factory finish can be improved. You will not believe your eyes when done!

I'm willing to check it out! I'll do a search and see where it can be purchased. Thanks for the tip!

BEAN rules! He looks AWESOME!!! MrsBean got a wax tonight... I use Mother's Carnuba paste wax. I love it!!! She looks lovely. I got a nice tease today at Discount Tire... They got my wheels/tires all mounted and then... THUD!!! they hit a brick wall... the lug nuts are not the same on the 07 R52 as the ones on your car (remember the guy said he ordered an extra set having dealt with your car) LOL!!! what a tease!!! 215/35-18's mounted on DRAG DR19 gloss black wheels with machined lip, and they could not be mounted on MrsBean. She was so sad!!! Luckily they found the parts they need from Grand Junction and they will be here tomorrow, so hopefully MrsBean will have her new wheels this time tomorrow night

if you plan on getting a clay bar...talk to richard lin(octaneguy) he sells the meguires professional detailing clay....the mild works great...as the owner of a LY MCS i know how much a PITA dirt and gunk on the boot can be to remove and that detailing clay gets its good and no issues
