Can you define "weird"? Without specifics it is hard to give you a good answer.

the clutch use to engage more easily when shifting into gear....
now it has a hard time trying to slot in..
still will go in.. but i have to use more force to shift it into gear...

It's not slipping out of gear.. but just harder to engage into gear when compared to new...

not as smooth as before..

covered under warranty? Good luck with that one. I've been fighting with the dealer for several thousand miles on mine. First was the weirdness and then the squeal like a throw out bearing going out. Now they are telling me, as is common with most of these threads, that normal wear and tear is not covered under the warranty. What a load of crap! I can't believe for a second that I could trash a clutch within 30,000 miles. If it was a honda, they would stand behind it I'm sure. Oh well, bottom line is that I still really enjoy the car.

Are you sure its not the Transmission? The clutch wouldn't have anything to do with the gear being hard to engage.

Unless the clutch wasn't fully disengaged and the clutch plate was still in contact with the flywheel. Then it would make it more difficult to get in and out of gear.
