Make a scale model out of wood, then paint the rest so it's like your first image there.

It wood look better on a Subaru Forester. Then it would be called a Deforester.

If you'd be willing to sacrifice some gloss in the finish, you could probably get that pattern in a full-body vinyl wrap for about $1500.
