After waiting over 6 months and going through 2 dealerships, my PS/PS MCS was delivered. It came with Sport, Winter, multi function wheel, and on-board comp. I’m fairly satisfied with the Dunlop Sport 9000 DSSTs so far. I’ve heard them complain only once as I took near 90-degree turn by my house.
I just passed the break in period, so I’m starting to open it up a bit more and I like how it performs north of the 4500 mark. I would prefer a crisper giddy-up from a stand still, but I’ve managed a work-around with higher revs and clutch slipping, although it requires a bit of forethought.
Within hours of getting it home I had already done the “tail light mod”, and after realizing that I couldn’t fit in my garage due to the standard equipment CB whip antenna, I made a trip to the nearest Honda dealership and picked up a stubby S2000 replacement. Perfect fit by the way.
Hope to catch some of yous roaming around the 128/Rt.1/95/North Shore/NH area. I’m constantly on the look out.
Here’s some shots after an early Saturday morning bath.

Hey, mcs22004. I just replied to one of your posts on the Post here if you spotted a MINI in New England thread. I originally went to MINI of Peabody, but about 4 1/2 months into my 10 month wait, I cancelled my order at Peabody and reordered at Latham MINI in NY. Took delivery about 4 -5 months sooner.

Ha! Modding already. It's a long, slippery slope. But it sure is fun.
Enjoy.

Lookin Good....Make sure you put an intake, pulley and an exhaust on and the fun will really begin. And all the stu-stu-stutering will go away.

This is the Pulley....

This is the intake....There are many others but this one looks the best.

And this is the exhaust...Not to loud but just right.

Thanks for the praise guys.
Now it's taking all I got to NOT max out my credit card and pick up every performance upgrade I can find. And I haven't even made the first payment yet.
In the meantime, I'll be dodging potholes in Massachusetts.

Peas,
-Jeff
