I went out to eat last night and when I got out of my car and cut it off I noticed as I was walking away that there was a fan still running on my car? My keys are out of the car and it is locked.
-What fan or noise is that running when the motor is not running?

The fan never cut off, stayed on so long it drained my battery...
I then jump start the car and the fan still stays on.... Its just going to keep draining the mini battery..

HELP?!

 

It's a known issue. The cooling fan won't turn off. It hasn't happened to me (knocking on wood) so I don't know what the fix is for it. Do a search and you should find something.

 

I searched through NAM and it all just confuses me.... i dont know what the mini's problem is....

 

Same thing happened to my MINI, well it was similar. My power steering pump wouldn't turn off and kept on killing my battery.

 

HOW DO I FIX THIS PROBLEM
