[QUOTE=smokey4]Is that all you did? I'm so disapointed
I did a google search for Hershey Park, found an 800 number (800-Hershey) called and worked my way through the electronic switchboard, got to Park Retail and left a message for someone to please call me back regarding an item they had for sale at the Park. Now I'm off to explain to my co-workers why I'm calling PA and hunting toys
Ditto, except that I tried the Hersheys factory in Oakdale, CA.
BTW Agro - Super find on those Hershey ones. In case you couldn't tell, some of us are close to coveting them.
drool... drool... drool...

Smokey,
I had planned a full investigation but the only thing I could was a web search because I was in a staff meeting. Thanks for doing leg work and caling Hersheys its too bad they are all gone.
By the way did you try www.tinywheels.com for the JL Protecto Paks? Ediecast carries them as well and I have done business with them in the past and found them to be very good.

Ok Bob, you're forgiven
Upon further review, I think that had I actually reached someone in a gift shop at Hershey I might have had better results. I find it hard to believe that the person I spoke with would know the current inventory right down to single digits at every gift shop on the park. Although with computer controlled inventory, it's possible.
Anyone close to PA and want to manage a group buy? Happy hunting folks
Edit: thanks for the link too Bob

Maisto has come out with a diecast of the MCc's. They are 1:24 scale in a blue box that's marked Special Edition. My grandson found them today at K-B Toys while shopping with his favorite Nana. My wife said that as soon as they walked into the store he said, "Come-on Nana, we have to look for Mini's". Have I got these guys trained or what???
Anyway they had 3 versions: Red, Blue and Orange. Since I already have the Orange in 1:18th they only picked up the red and blue. Nicely detailed with chrome line exterior and the Crono pack and body colored dash and seat highlights. Doors and hood open and they run $6.99, so not bad.
We don't have a K-B around us, so I'm unable to help anyone grab these until we go visit again.
Happy Hunting

Very nice find Smokey!! I can't find jack crap out here (with the exception of the Urban Metal ones recently). I have ZERO Cabrio models except for one that Mike bought me from the dealer last year for Christmas. I've been on the hunt for the Hot Wheels Cabrios FOREVER.........one day my luck will come...

Dickdavid's Trading Post
As promised, I am posting my extras for any of you who want to trade or buy.
I'm still looking to buy or trade for a JL, HOW, Italian Job RED MCS from the original release. The one with the metal bottom.
PM me if you are interested. Sale prices are what I paid plus actual shipping (no ebay pricing here).

I already have all of those (and spares of many of them).
New info on the Reeses MINIs. I talked to the kind friend who got them for me, she said that the store she got them in had about 10 or so of them on the shelf, but that was at the beginning of October.
She didn't know the name of the place (and the receipt just points you to www.hersheypa.com) but they called the place Duloc because it reminded them of the town in Shrek. Looking at the HersheyPA website, I can only assume that was Dutchtown.
Happy hunting.
