Belmont Shore Car Show Photos

We had a great turnout of both new and vintage Minis today. Be sure to use the dropdown arrow - about 50 photos total.

Very nice. Looks like some 1930s Mini pick ups as well. So where is Belmont Shores? Funny that we have a city named Belmont in NorCal with a neighborhood nearby called Redwood Shores (which doesn't make much sense because Redwoods and salt water are not compatible). Thanks for posting the photos. Good turnout!

Yeah, the show was 99.9% American stuff but the Minis have been invited to participate every year for the past several. Belmont Shore is part of Long Beach, California. They close the entire downtown area streets for the once-a-year show.

Woa. That's where I heard the name. An architect friend who works in Long Beach showed it off to me when I visited in December. He claims it is one of the more affordable pedestrian friendly neighborhoods in the LA area, but that too many architects have been moving there and making it appear trendy. I thought it was very pleasant. Much more interesting with the car show happening though.
