Auto white balance is not your friend at night.
The color cast is from the white balance setting on your camera.
When shooting in parking structures and at night you need to adjust the white balance setting. More likely than not, you will wind up shooting either with Incandecent or Fluorescent. Basically what happens is each type of light (incandecent or fluorescent) has a different color temperture and that causes "white" to look different under each setting.
Composition wise, I like it.

I like the composition as well but I have to agree that the sepia tone just isn't working in this one. It works for everything but the car, I'm asuming the car is silver because it still looks silver. This shot would be much better in black & White, and you could use the dodge tool to lighten up that pesky shadow.

wow, thanks for the feedback. Too bad you're all speaking a different language to me, cameraspeak. I understand some of it, but not all. I'm going to do some research. I never took any kind of photography class or lessons, nor do I have any other knowledge of photography.
Thanks!
If it helps, here's some info on the shot: (more at http://www.flickr.com/photo_exif.gne...xt=photostream)
