get smoke/steam in pic?
get smoke/steam in pic?
took some pics with my digital cam and when i took the pics there was steam/smoke from my exhaust but it didnt show up in the pics, i tried with flash but then i really couldnt see it. i got a Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-P20, its a 1.3 mp. and ive noticed it doesnt take close up shots too well (1-5 in from target) but its shoots far flawlessly. any help??

vapor is always going to be hard to catch a photo of. IMO, part of the problem here is the lighting. To catch steam or vapor, you need to have it better illuminated. Also, you may want to shoot the picture from the side to help get some light to shine through the vapor, rather than having such a dark background.
Another source may be your camera. The dynamic range on the 1.3 MP cameras I have used hasn't been all that great, so capturing a high contrast picture (dark background with light vapors) is going to be hard. (at least based on the cameras I have used).

You need to use the image URL, not the URL for the page it's on.
For instance, this is the first url you used

On that page, right mouse button click on the image and select "properties". Copy the url. You should get this (you may have to click on it to get the full url here because NAM will probably shorten it with ... )
