Photography Attempt

I have a lot to learn. I believe the position in relation to the sun was bad and the angle is not so great. Any other suggestions?

I am using a Fuji S5000 set on Auto mode (the only mode I sort of know how to use)

I guess the question is, "How bad do you want it?"

Unless the photo is reversed...looks to be left.

Yes, it is an original left-hand drive.

Thanks, the plates on my MINI are "EX BMC" which nobody seems to understand

The photo was taken at Tustin Ranch Country Club

It's one of those evenings, you know, the wife and kids are out of town for holidays, not much worth watching on the tube, and I've got time on my hands. Thought I'd play around with your image a bit. (hope you don't mind)

Since the background clutter (i.e. parked cars) are irrelevant to highlighting your ride, a little bit of motion blurring can help in showcasing your fine-looking vehicle. Check it out.

WOW! That looks great! It looks like it is moving with no driver. Do you mind if I use this for my for-sale listing?

Masked the car, then inverted the selection.
Once the background was selected, used the poster edges filter just a tinge, afterward, the motion blur filter to create that movement effect.
While the background was still selected, I also darkened the background and upped the saturation and contrast.
Additionally, I cropped a bit off the bottom of the original.

Good luck in selling your Mini.

Thats funny that you did that... I just did the same thing with a old shot when I went to Tahoe.. few days ago I was bored so I thought that I would play around... anyways, here is my version of motion blur...

I also threw a red hue over the entire image... trying to bring out the warmth of the summer sun in the background. Anyways, nothing specail, but thought it was worth a post.
