TCM going out? 2006 MINI Cooper S Auto trans - non CVT

Took this video driving down the highway. My clusters began freaking out. Got it home and plugged in an OBD to read fault codes. Error code P0700: Transmission Control System (MIL Request). At first the car wouldn't shift out of 1st and the check engine light was on. Next day started the car and no warning lights and the car drives fine, however the tach turned off then on. On my way to work this morning the same thing happened. Tach turned off then on and tripped my traction control and low tire pressure warning lights. I found a replacement TCM but has anyone else had the same issue or something similar?

I would contact Way Motorworks or MiniMania to see what they think.

I have a mini cooper s 2006 and I have the same problems as in the video, the tachometer started to fail, turned on and then off and so it ran but when I turned on the speedometer the symbol of the tire pressure also the symbol of stability , and EP came out, I scanned it and up to 10 codes appeared to me, when that happened the car lowered the pressure of the engine and did not advance the speeds it stayed in first, it erased the codes and the tachometer was turned off and the car ran normal speeds.
