Name this house / Architect

Can anyone identify this house in the background?
Maybe the architect who designed it?
Somewhere in the USA.

Kathy's correct re the Frank Lloyd Wright design.

That's the 1902 Arthur Heurtley house, Oak Park, Illinois.

No, I didn't know that off the top of my head; I had to look it up in my FLW book. I did recognize it as a FLW house, however.

Wonder why they parked their MINI out on the street.

Thanks for your knowledge and sharing the wealth.

FLW's own home and design studio (1889-1909) are also in Oak Park, IL, along with several of his other house and building designs.

Wow, fascinating. Both the house and your location. My FLW book is on loan to my grandson so I couldn't be sure. Very interesting location for the MINI shot. Brings out the best in both.
