Officially, it looks to be 12 Noon Pacific Time (ie US west coast), of the last day of the month. Practically, it's usually announced by 2nd of month when the new contest starts.

Relik666 and her partner are about to go on holidays so I don't know if they'll get to replying.

Basically, they are crazy enough to hang out the passenger window (left side in Australia) to take photos like this. They claim to still have the seatbelt on while they do so, but it must be wrapped around their ankle or something!

I saw them take a few shots just hanging the camera out of the window too, and given how close the wall was I think that might have been one of those shots. Goodness knows how you get a clear shot that way, but they seem to manage it!

Wow!! I was expecting some crazy suction cup mounting thing not that. Its crazy especially how close they are to the side. I guess there is nothing they will not do for an awesome shot!!
