Looks great!

My wife also bought me a set of these lights for Christmas, and I love them. I haven't had them installed yet. Did you have the dealer install them? How many hours of labour did they charge? Are they wired to the high-beams as per the instructions? I'd prefer to have a manual over ride on my lights if possible, and am wondering if the dealer will do this?

Attached is a link of my MINI taken during one of our Calgary snow storms a few weeks ago:

All the best for the new year

I installed them myself, it took about 2h30 to do it.

I wired the lights as written in the guide (They are wired to the high beams) I'm planning on wiring them otherwise I'm just waiting for a reply from a member of Club MINI Quebec who work at a local dealership to make sure I'm getting a +12V from the connector on the BC1 module before plugging the wire somewhere else (Somewhere where I would get a always-on +12V).. If you follow the instructions it's the wire that goes on the 15th wire of connector X332 on the BC1 Module located in the left side kick panel.

Don't give me good ideas like that ;-)

I'll get the hand brake cable changed (good thing my warranty covers it) and I'll update the thread ;-)

It's jammed since a couple of weeks.. the engineer did not think about winters in Quebec when they made the cable go down just after the caliper
