Many congrats and agree...but I've been wondering since the start of the contest if that's a vehicle I'm seeing in the reflection of the other lens. Looks like a beat up, red Mazda B2000 pick-up...

Yeah it is a 06 Dodge 2500. I kind of rushed to get the photo in the morning before school, so I didn't get everything the way I would have liked. But thanks everyone. It was very close up to the very end. I really thought he was going to stay ahead of me, thank you everyone who voted for me!

I said 'he' in the same sense as when they say 'hey guys,' even when there very well may be women in the group. haha
Sorry for the mistake.

Your picture is very good too. It was close.

I am so not bothered at all, trust me. I call my camera and my car "he/him" too. I even call my very faminine daughters "dude". No biggie.

I just don't recall ever seeing females entering this contest. Thought it might be a little surprise.

And thanx for the compliment btw~

I am sure women have entered the contest, just no one knows it. What has anyone got to go off of.

I'm a woman and I entered. Although it was my first time.

Anyways, congrats miniman! I thought your photo was very well done!

I wish we knew about the other entries after the contest is over, like who shot what and the details. There have been many images I would love to have known more about but when its all said and done, they are gone. I have learned so much from other photographers, its the best source listening to experience. And its great seeing things through newer eyes in the beginners out there. Its all good~

I guess I should have said "as long as I have been a member, I haven't noticed any other female photographers in the threads or the contest".
Not that they aren't there, just don't know of any.....til now
Nice to meet you Reldieh~ and you too Miniman

Excellent shot and congratulations! I had a similar idea but my fiance didn't have any time to assist me. (I was going to shoot the reflection with her wearing the glasses.) Regardless, I really enjoyed your photo and the idea of it.
