MINI PhotoVideo
Since Flickr added a video option a few days ago, I've been experimenting with incorporating my pics in video. Here's one I came up with.

) background music there Juan. Not sure if I'm going to believe any more "old guy" self descriptions from you any more.
I'm very impressed with your video and I'd love to know what tools you used to create it. Hopefully when I get my new camcorder I'll have something to contribute to your flickr video group.
Wow. I'm kinda conservative in taste on video, transitions and the like. But, NICE. MINI USA could use that in their show booth. Cut it to 30 seconds and they could use it as a TV commercial...
Did I mention, NICE?

Thanks y'all.
First off, I can't take credit for the editing.
Through Flickr, I came across a website that will retrieve photos from your Flickr account, amongst other services, and create these videos for you, and it's automated. So, depending on what type of account you sign up for, you can have short vids, 30 seconds or less, or, with a paid account ($30/yr), you can have "full-length" videos- which is what I posted above.
Because Flickr's limit is 90 seconds per video, I posted a 30-second version of this video there first.

I guess my youthful 54+ years influenced my musical taste on this one.
Juan,
First off, I admire you for trying new things. Second, I did DVE (digital video editing) a few years ago on Adobe Premier, produced many 1 hour shows for the local cable access channel, then got burned out (you try looking at the same footage over and over and over again). Haven't held a video camera for a few years now (prolly because all 3 Sony cameras crapped out on me), so I'm a bit biased. This is my personal opinion, purely subjective; the MTV style of quick cuts drives me nuts.
I like the music track, no video sound track to drown out (can't stand how Spike TV drowns out the content with loud music).
Positive comment!
I really like 0:48 and 0:54! Guess why folks!

Oh no. I thought the bleeps took care of that. You think I should take it down?
Nice pics.
But as a video editor, this kind of thing kind of drives me crazy. Yes it's fun and neat for someone wanting to jazz up their stills portfolio, or for sending something different to family and friends. But now when this gets more popular I'll have to be explaining to my clients all over again why they come to me instead of getting a $30 video.
