I've been practicing driving a lot this weekend (and I must say I am getting good). This evening, I just went out, practicing in a neighborhood, and I was turning right when I happen to glance straight ahead at a parked car in a driveway. It took me a second to realize it was a red Mini Cooper. Then I started screaming, "MOM! IT'S A MINI COOPER!!!! EEEEEEEP!!!!" lol. I'm so obsessed.
Earlier, I was bored, so I picked up the classifieds and decided to see if there were any Mini Coopers for sale. By George, I found one...it was $19,000-something.
It stinks being poor. My mom says we're going to sell our piano so we can get me a car - and that will give us $3,000. We don't have any other money to spend on a car. Rats.
..Oh well. Just thought I'd share.
