I would be interested in meeting some local Mini owners! I have always looked around NAM for just basic Mini talk but only ran across this club tonight. As you can see by my join date and my post count, I read much more than I write! It has been fun to watch the Fresno population of Minis grow since '02 when we were one the first in Fresno with a Mini. Have been motoring since 09/02 and still love the car. Hope to take in a meeting and meet some of you that I am sure I have been waving to on the roads of Fresno!

It's good to see you are able to be out and about. I will be at Brad's house a little early if you want to get the missing screw replaced and the switch. Of course, I have to be able to get home to get the parts. Last weekend I couldn't get home to Oakhurst on Friday because chains were required at 1500'. This is global warming?

He will be driving in from the bay area. He got snowed out last weekend and ended up staying at my house. Might do the samething Friday night.

 

Ya. If its snowing again, I'm not going. Hopefully it isn't...

 

17" wheels with wide tires don't equal chains. I thought when I moved from 6000' to 2800' I went below the level of needing chains or snow tires. If this keeps up, I will have to start driving my behemoth 4x4 again just to get home.
