No, it was raining that day and the 615s are glorified racing slicks, so it wouldn;t have been fun.

I'm still waiting for a video of me dominating the dragon at night and flames shooting out of my exhaust and my rotor glowing red. It was amazing.Brad, I got back at 2:30. Not too bad considering I saw more cops between vegas and Barstow than on the entire rest of the trip...

Yea I heard and from the pictures I saw it was rainning pretty good. Did you have any brake fade?

 

Only a little at the end, but when it hit, it was scary. But when I had brake fade, my rotors were glowing bright red.

 

Wait untill you get the wilwoods and the BP20 pads and you shouldn't have any brake fade. How long did it end up taking you to get there last week?

A wetsuit I've got a couple open water swim clinics I'm planning on this summer, including an ocean swim clinic in Monterey. No way am I swimming in the ocean in Northern CA without a wetsuit!

 

Monterey is do-able without a wetsuit if you are used to open water ocean swimming, but you don't want to go north; it really starts to get cold. Chris just doesn't want you to freeze your buns off, so it's a two-way present.
