Tar and ... well just tar I guess
Anybody have a good tar remover they use and might want to bring to breakfast Saturday? My passenger side looks like I work for ODOT patching roads :(
Nothing like washing your car and discovering half of what you thought was grime is actually tar.

I wish I had taken pictures before and after, there was tar on the rear window. So draw a line from the front wheel to the rear window then imagine little tar stripes filling in the whole area. I guess this is what happens when you do not wash a car for 5 months.
Allen I think you've gone over the deep end on the black out thing. You should wait for August & head south to drive all the freshly tared roads. Instant blackness....
Back to tar remover. I do not like the commercial ones out there, they all seem to have an abrasive to them. I use kerosene.
PS Don't leave it on there for 5 months!
