Too late to help this time, but another idea - how about to match color of mirror caps?

Allen, you need some orange wheels to compliment your mirror covers!

Come on over & I can do that with an orange sharpie or spray paint if you prefer. I agree orange wheels to match the mirrors would look great.

Yeah I'd do the wheels before the vinyl Allen.

Thanks for the rattle can wheels Carol

I agree the vinyl does not look as good as I thought it would. The wheels on the other hand have some potential.

Babs Bambini says she likes it with the stripe. I say no to the stripe. We are agreeing to disagree here. We both like the orange wheels. We both say it's your car Allen, do what makes you happy.

I'm not sure if I like the side stripe, I think it would look better with the side skirts from the aero kit and painted fenders. I do like the orange wheels. I do wonder what Jeff's orange u-stripe would look like on your car....

Wait til you see the orange holeys I just had done! Even without the tires installed, they are stunning enough....can't wait to put the track tires on! Heck, I may even end up showing the MCS now, too!

Allen instead of the orange rims you should get these tires instead!

Holey smokes Batman! That car looks like a float from the Holloweiner parade. What they won't think of next.

Allen - I saw this today on a used car lot, hit the brakes and took a pic with my phone. It ended up being some plastic liner thing, but I liked the idea of the orange on the bevel edge....

Those bugs look great in red. I saw one a few months ago that was black with red inserts on the wheels it looked awesome. VW always has some of the best looking wheels for their cars, it is a shame they do not use our bolt patern :(

The problem with those orange tires is that a lot of tracks will not allow them to be used there, for some reason. Of course, if you are just gonna run at Nelson, why worry about that? Nelson needs all the help it can get to keep the track from deteriorating any more...maybe running the orange tires there will help glue it together....

Poor Welshy not feeling the Nelson love. Not all of us can spend the big bucks to drive on the nicely manicured lanes of Mid-Ohio and have to get our fix at other locations

My problem with the tires is they are uggggly and I love most things orange.

I have a hard enough time keeping my wheels clean (wait a minute, who am I trying to fool, my wheels are never clean), I can't imagine trying to keep those tires looking nice.

Wifey: Where you going with that screw driver and orange highlighter?
Me: Out to the garage to pick stones out of the treads and touch up my sweet orange tires.

Nelson going to orange tire walls ???

Brian, what cha need is a dental pick & an orange Sharpie. Check out the detailing forum for the latest info on colored tire care.

Jeff thanks for showing respect to my favorite track Nelson. Your driving style didn't hurt the pavement. For that we are all grateful.
